- Product details: Mention the name and any specific details of the product you'd like to return (e.g., size, colour).
- Reason for return: Briefly explain why you'd like to return the product (e.g., damaged, wrong size, etc.).
- Product Image: For faster processing, please attach a clear image of the product highlighting the issue (Must Provide ).
Some customers are misusing our 5-day refund system, using the product happily for 4 days and asking for a refund on the 5th day.
We implement 2 Days refund system to give transparent & tension free shopping experience to our genuine customers.
