To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items / Price Drop / One day sale offer or gift cards.
For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of rs.280, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Model Ordered, Incorrect Size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
If you are not giving the proper reason / inappropriate reason for return, The return request can be rejected or will be charged for return shipping.
Replacement
Free replacement will be provided within 5 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.
